ENTERING RUSSIA QUESTIONS
Q: CAN YOU PROVIDE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR OBTAINING RUSSIAN VISA? 
A: To enter Russia, a visa is needed for all foreign citizens except the nationals of the CIS. We recommend that you apply to  a Russian consular office or  embassy for a visa before coming to Russia. We don`t make any support letters or visas.

  Q: WILL I NEED REGISTRATION AT OVIR AT MY ARRIVAL IN Russia? 
A: Since July 1, 2001  it is not necessary to register passports in the local OVIR offices anymore for foreigners. Registration make during customs procedure (border crossing stamp is a proof of registration).

ENTERING APARTMENT QUESTIONS
Q: WHAT ARE APARTMENTS CONSIST?  
A: Every apartment we propose you have newly renovation, luxury apartments - eurorenovation with modern design. Every apartment from our base consists: 
  • bedroom with clean bed-clothes;
  • equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances (pots and pans, glasses, all appliances you need for cooking)  and equipment (refrigerator, gas-stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, luxury apartments have toaster, cofee-machine, dish-washing machine, kitchen combine etc.); 
  • living room with cable or satellite TV, so you will be able to look English channels, video, tape-recorder or music center, air-condirioner or ventilators, iron etc.;

  • bathroom with bath or shower cubicle, equipped with water heater (always hot water) and automatic washing machine. For every client we offer clean towels.
      Every apartment have modern furniture, phone for making call around Moscow (free of charge), for making long distance calls you can buy special card at the Main postal office and use it from your apartment, several apartments have computer and internet. 
    Most luxury apartments have fairplaces and author's modern design. Also we propose you several 2-storied apartments with several bathrooms. 

    Q: WHAT IS LOCATION OF YOUR APARTMENTS?  
    A: The apartments we offer are located in the central street of Moscow or area. All of them are safe, have coded lock entrance or  guarded.  
    At every apartment`s description from our base you can see walking distance to the main Moscow sightseeings and detailed info about apartments equipment.  

    Q: WHO OWNS THE APARTMENTS YOU RENT?   
    A: At our site you can see list of apartments belong to their legal proprietors, who work with real estate agencies about renting their apartments. 
     
     
    Q: ARE THE APARTMENTS SAFE?  
     A: Yes, they are. All apartment have iron doors and several secure locks. 95% of  buildings at the center has guards or entrance`s door with code lock.  
     
    Q: WHAT IS CHECK-IN, CHECK -OUT TIME OF YOUR APARTMENTS?  
    A: Check -in time - 2pm 
    Check out time - 12 - 1 pm 
    If you want to leave apartment later if it is availability you should pay for additional time of stay.
      Q: WHAT IS OUR MEETING PLACE, WHERE I CAN TAKE MY KEYS? 
    For all our clients we provide necessary airport transfer and deliver them directly to apartment where our manager will show apartment, take payment and give keys. At the day of your departure our manager will come, see condition of apartment and furniture and take your keys.
    Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION  POLICY? 
    A: In case of not arrival of our customers and not informing us about that before time of your arrival by phone or e-mail we are holding the booked 
     apartment till 12.00 of next day. In case of not receiving of information till that time, we cancel 
     the booking without refund prepayment charge. 
    In case of cancel reservation  prepayment doesn`t refund.
      In case of our customer change date of reservation we change your reservation if reserved apartment available on the new date. 
    If reserved group of apartment is not available on the new date we propose you to change your reservation to enother same group. Your prepayment is move to the new your date or new apartment`s group.
    Q: WHAT INCLUDES  RENTAL PRICE? 
    A: Listed prices are for all apartment, not per person. 
    Rental price includes: 
    bed and  kitchen accessories, towels;  electric, hot, cold water and public utilities, local phone calls. 
    Once-a-week apartment cleaning and changing of bed linen.  
    More often cleaning are available upon request. 
    Rental price doesn`t include: 
    long distance and international phone calls. 
    Additional service (cooking, washing etc. ) are available upon request for additional charge.
     
     

    Q: CAN I CHANGE APARTMENT IF I WILL NOT LIKE IT? 
    A: If on some reasons you will not like apartment  we can change it for you on the next day of your arrival.  
     

     
    PAYMENT QUESTIONS
    Q: WHEN I HAVE TO PAY FOR RENT?  
    A: The payments are made during the check-in for all term of rent.  Payment accepted in Rubles (local currency), if you have any other currency we will be glad to help you make change at close to the apartment currency exchange office. 

     

      Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?  
    A: No, Russia is a "cash" economy and most companies accept only payment  in local currency. If you wish to pay with your credit card, there are many bankomats in Moscow and  the airport.  
    If you have travel cheques you will be able to take cash from them at the any bank of Moscow.
     
    RESERVATION QUESTIONS
    Q: IF I COME FOR 1-3 NIGHTS ONLY SHOULD I SEND PREPAYMENT? 
    A: No, if your term of rent 1-3 nights only you can make prior reservation of class, location and price of apartment without prepayment. We  will meet you at the airport and accommodate you at one of available apartments from this group. 
      Q: HOW CAN I MAKE RESERVATION OF APARTMENT I LIKE? 
    A: If your term of rent is more than 4 nights you can reserve one apartment`s group you  like with sending prepayment for 1 night of rent and write us several apartments from this group you prefer.  Those apartments will be  priority-driven for your accommodation.     LIVING CONDITIONS
    Q: I AM AFRAID THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS A KEY FOR ENTRY INTO APARTMENT.  
     A: Key usually has only customer who rent apartment and owner only. It is not true that agents have also keys.
      Q: CAN I MEET WITH FRIEND AT APARTMENT?  HAVE I TO PAY FOR MY GIRLFRIEND WHO WILL LIVE WITH ME? 
     A: Listed prices are for all apartment, not per person.  
    Yes, you can meet  friends at your apartment and feel yourself free there.
